These test images are my imagined color versions of Psycho. Hitchcock chose to shoot Psycho in 1960 in black and white because he thought it’d be too terrifying in color. I believe he made a very smart choice as, even in B&W, Psycho is still regarded as one of the scariest, most psychological and terrifying movies of all time. However, I wanted to use one of my greatest inspirations and recreate still frames with my own touch.
These are not final edits. Think of this as a preview for the movie debut, to be released next Tuesday.
